THE PROCESS

| Initial Consultation + Vision Strategy

In this 2-hour consultation, we will discuss the big picture of what’s happening in your business and where you’d like it to go. I will get to know you as a business owner AND as a creative to better understand your personal process, and I will ask (a lot) of questions so that I can develop a thorough understanding of the goals you have and any potential solutions I can see to meeting them.

After the consultation, I will create a Vision Strategy based on what we discussed and outline details or steps necessary to achieving the plan.

| Strategy Session

In this 60-90-minute consultation, we will meet to discuss the Vision Strategy. We can talk through any ideas, questions, and logistics involved in following, implementing, or adapting the strategy, and how you would like to move forward (together and/or separately).

| Follow-Up Sessions

60-minute follow-up sessions are available to help navigate implementing and working through the strategy we discussed. They can be held at a frequency that best meets your needs within your business (once a week, bi-weekly, etc.).

| Implementation Services

If at any point of the process there are additional services that can meet the needs of you or your business while implementing the plan, they will be communicated as they arise. Examples include but are not limited to project planning, document creation, workflow/organization template design, standard operating procedure development, copywriting, etc.
