LUSTERLING is a self-produced, alt-pop artist who blends dynamic elements from multiple genres to create a unique wall of sound that is all her own. She started her music career under the direction of the Austin Music Foundation President, Josh Woodhouse of Droplink Studios in 2013, recording and releasing her first EP titled “Ocean Eyes” and her songwriting debut under her given name, Caitlin Taylor. Over the following years, she refined her songwriting process in a way that not only supercharged her music but also her life as a whole — from this evolution, “Lusterling” was born.

Lusterling is not simply an artist, but a movement. Her work today is using the magic of creation to change life circumstances into medicine and candy for the soul. She brings a high level of energy and excitement to everything she produces — be it music, art installations, performances, photography, and everything in between. This passion for her craft and her message makes her an engaging and experienced performer, reaching vast audiences from intimate acoustic performances to full-stage and festival productions.

Her latest body of work titled BREATHING, featuring her first fully self-produced EP, music videos, photography, poetry, spoken word, and design, was released in December 2023 and began taking the stage in February of 2024. Currently, Lusterling is in the process of producing her first full-length album with plans to release in the fall of 2025.
